FREE 15-MINUTE PHONE CALL  

  ● We take time to speak prior to working together to find out if coaching is suited for your goals and if we’re the right fit

  • We go over your nutrition history, your challenges and your health goals

 

INITIAL CONSULTATION – 60 minutes 

In person or via Zoom / Skype / Facetime 

  • Assessment of your Health History Form that you will receive before the appointment to optimize your experience 

  • Evaluation of your health and nutritional state, your lifestyle, and your imbalances

  • Identification of your goals and what has been blocking you so far

  • Personalized Meal Plan (in PDF format) based on your needs - delivered via email within 2 business days

 

 

1 on 1 NUTRITION HEALTH COACHING SESSION – 45 minutes

 RECOMMENDED EVERY WEEK OR  2-WEEKS

 In person or via Zoom / Skype / Facetime 

Your Coaching Session includes:

  • Follow-up on the Meal Plan and all the areas addressed: what has worked and what showed resistance 

  • Identification of the roadblocks that you encountered and providing strategies to overcome them

  • Food swaps and adjustments based on your needs

  • Integrative Health Coaching techniques to break unhealthy habits and create functional substitutions to reach your health state 

  • Practical tools to support your change based on your needs and goals

  • Tracking progress (in PDF format) after a series of sessions, delivered via email within one business day 

  • Text and Email support in-between booked sessions when any concerns, feelings of doubt or anxiety arise

GROUP NUTRITION HEALTH COACHING – 60 minutes

In person or via Zoom

○ Group setting: from 4 to 10 participants 

○ Equip the group with the educational and practical tools they need to improve their health through nutrition and lifestyle      changes to incorporate into their day to day life

○ Sessions are developed through one meeting or a series 

○ The topics are selected upon the clients requests or presented by the coach

○ Practical resources are given according to the topic

After the program there is the opportunity to go on with the 1:1 sessions to continue working towards deep and long lasting health changes.
