Roberta Scirea
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST,
INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION HEALTH COACH
A mind-body approach to well-being

I’m a Clinical Psychologist specialized in mind-body health, emotion regulation, and stress-related eating patterns.
This service is designed for adults and young adults who struggle with disordered eating patterns, emotional eating, or chronic stress affecting their relationship with food and body.
It focuses on understanding and transforming the psychological and physiological mechanisms behind eating behaviors, emotional imbalance, and loss of self-regulation.
My work integrates clinical psychology, mindfulness, and mind-body awareness to help you rebuild a stable, conscious, and sustainable relationship with yourself.

HOW IT WORKS
Each process begins with a clinical assessment exploring your emotional history, lifestyle, and specific challenges related to food, body image, and stress.
From there, a personalized plan is developed, focusing on:
-
Emotion regulation and stress management
-
Mindful awareness and interoceptive connection
-
Cognitive and behavioral restructuring
-
Strengthening self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation
-
Prevention of relapses and emotional instability.
I integrate evidence-based tools from different psychological and neuroscientific approaches to foster mind-body balance and sustainable psychophysical well-being over time.

Sessions are available in person and online (Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp Video), in English or Italian.
MAIN AREAS OF FOCUS
• Chronic stress, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation
• Mild or remitted eating disorders (Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder)
• Emotional eating and difficulties in self-control
• Body image concerns and low self-esteem
• Challenges in adhering to nutritional or behavioral changes
• Disconnection between mind and body, with low awareness of internal sensations
• Emotional instability and mood fluctuations
• Periods of significant or prolonged stress
THE GOAL
The goal is to restore balance between mind, emotions, and body, helping you cultivate clarity, emotional stability, and a healthier connection with yourself and food. This approach promotes self- awareness, resilience, and long-term change, supporting overall psychophysical well-being and self-alignment.
VISION & APPROACH

My work is grounded in an integrated mind-body model that connects psychological, emotional, and physiological processes.
Each person is unique — with their own history, body, and way of processing emotions and experiences. Every path of change must therefore respect the principle of bio-individuality: what supports one person’s balance may not work for another.
This approach combines clinical psychology tools, mindfulness, and functional medicine concepts to enhance self-awareness, resilience, and emotional regulation, strengthening the effectiveness of any medical or nutritional treatment when present.

The intervention is personalized according to each individual’s characteristics, needs, and goals, helping to restore a more stable and conscious mind-body equilibrium and supporting long-term emotional and behavioral stability.
