I use a holistic approach that helps the whole person, examining the individual  with a multidimensional view. It is your body constitution, your health history, your mind, your soul, your life purpose, and your environment that need to be considered in order to reach health and nutrition goals that bring about long-term results.

We are what we eat in the sense that food can improve our health and mood or it can lead to unhealthy conditions, but each of us has our own specific physiology, characteristics and lifestyle. More accurately, we are what we digest. What works for one person may not work for another, and this applies to both food and lifestyle. I help you navigate the complex world of healthy nutrition & lifestyle and discover what really works for your body. You will learn to eat well and understand how certain foods and ways to eat will make you feel better than others, accepting new foods (suited to your physiology, taste and needs) to make your eating habits support and change your psychophysical health.
